Cancellation Policy

A twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy is in place. If the job is not cancelled within (24) hours as provided any full or partial payment paid will be non-refundable. Please note the (24) hours start after the signing of this reservation form/contract by client. All cancellations must be done by email only at cancellations@mrniceguylimo.com. In-order to fully confirm this reservation and secure vehicle the client must call or email us with a valid credit card number. No booking is considered confirmed until we receive a valid credit card number by phone or via email. If the client wishes to pay in Cash to use our services the client can do so and Credit Card will not be charged. There will also be a non-refundable $45 applicable reschedule fee applied per vehicle if incorrect scheduled pickup or departure date/time are incorrect on reservation form. The non-refundable $45 applicable reschedule fee also applies if client wishes to leave earlier or post-pone scheduled pick-up or departure date/time and would like to reschedule or change around pick-up or departure date/time client may do so as per request. This policy is in full effect and applies to all our services. No Cancellations last minute, on one-ways, round-trips and or during use of the service, there will be a charge.
